Adler Dongguan factory was official inaugurated
Dongguan ADLER Elektrotechnik Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ADLER Dongguan") opened its 2nd factory in Liaobu, Dongguan, in April of 2020. The inauguration ceremony was held on August 25th, marking it official that ADLER has settled down in Dongguan, the “world factory”.
Focusing on the new energy vehicle and photovoltaic industry, ADLER, headquartered in Germany, established its first factory in Xi 'an in 2017, beginning to explore the huge market in China, the ancient Land of East Asia, and radiating the entire Asian market with unlimited potential. With "Customer first, Prevention first, Safety Eagle, Zero Defect" as the quality/environment/health/safety policy, ADLER is committed to becoming the world's most advanced manufacturer of photovoltaic, new energy vehicles and power application protection devices.

ADLER strengths and history in China
Starting from the very beginning, ADLER always captured the growing and potential markets
What makes ADLER so acknowledged? Not just because of German heritage, but because of professionalism, specializing in core industries, high quality product range and manufacturing capabilities, quick development and production turnover, to which everybody contributes.
ADLER started in China exploring the big, potential Asia market. Adler’s first factory was established in Xi’an in 2017, just 3 years ago.
All this was possible because of the long-term, strong and successful partnership with Betterfuse. Betterfuse, as one of the most powerful players in the China fuse industry had developed a very strong bond with ADLER to support ADLER’s potential and pave the way for ADLER into China manufacturing and marketing.
Over the last 3 years, ADLER has focused on EV and PV products, in doing so ADLER has captured a substantial market share in these industries in such short period because of high quality work and team spirit.
At the same time, ADLER has built a strong and capable logistics and engineering base in Dongguan.
On the account of our remarkable growth, we soon found that Xi’an’s capacity and strategic planning were limited in matching ADLER’s growth.
Again, Betterfuse helped out by first providing office space, then manufacturing space for ADLER at the 2nd factory and then finally offering a new manufacturing facility in Dongguan. With this opening ceremony today, we open a new, actually the most important chapter in ADLER’s history, and everybody here is witness
All the most critical resources are centralized at this factory: PV, EV and ESS state-of the art manufacturing plant, full product range R&D center, highly advanced and powerful test lab, production equipment design, sales and logistics all combined at one place.
Dongguan will be the true base of ADLER worldwide operations and central point, and YOU are the integral part of it. Today we celebrate the opening of your new factory, your new work place, your new future!

Dear ADLER colleagues,
Six years ago, Mr Helge Gluck accompanied me to visit our teacher, Doc. Huber (the former chairman of Wickmann) in his secluded living room facing his garden in the small town of Haltern Amsee, West Germany. We have basically laid down and planned the growth path of ADLER, and we want to innovate to become a brand originating in Germany and serving the world based on China. The smooth launch of ADLER Dongguan factory today proves that our great idea is correct. ADLER, like a strong electric eagle, has begun to fly high. Together with international friends for this era to provide the most cutting-edge and reliable security protection.
On behalf of Betterfuse Group, I would like to thank my brothers and sisters who have worked hard in ADLER Germany, ADLER Xi 'an and ADLER Dongguan successively. Especially, as they have invested all their energy and wisdom, cooperation and struggle in the early stage of research and development. It is you who make this eagle unique and extraordinary from the beginning. Although Mr. Helge Gluck said that our DNA is not necessarily primarily German, I still believe that ADLER has some of Wickmann's industrial blue DNA, a deep blue, like our corporate color, and that ADLER is going to incorporate a lot of other good human DNA. It also includes the sharing and co-construction culture of our Chinese culture, so that the company not only has the rigorous Culture of Germany, but also has the inclusive mind of Our Confucianists. We gather all kinds of elites together, although joining at different times and motives, they will eventually find the value and true meaning of life here.
Next, we will not only show our products and energy in Europe, but also in the Asia-pacific region, to provide strong and precise protection for more new energy trends! Let us go forward hand in hand for this mission, no matter where we come from.

Revisit Adler SNEC2020 Shanghai PV Expo
SNEC, the largest exhibition in China's photovoltaic industry, was held in Shanghai New International Expo Center from August 8th to 10th, 2020, bringing together the world's cutting-edge photovoltaic enterprises, with more than 1500 exhibitors exhibiting their star products.
Adler, the strong electric protection eagle from Germany, participated in this event. During the exhibition, with new and old customers and partners in the industry, we discussed the development of the solar photovoltaic industry, market status quo, future technology trends. Also discussed was electric protection technology and application market development strategy under the new situation, and jointly promoting the healthy development of strong electric protection industry
Adler’s three product families of PV (Photovoltaic Protection), EV (Electric Vehicle Protection), PU (Power Utility Protection) were on show. Our products attracted the favor of many audiences and partners.
